- In-person valuation and inspection.
- Network analysis to define the addressable market.

Contract and Network Preparation
- Discussion of Target Price, compensation, and exclusivity duration with the client.
- Mandate drafting and signature.
- Creation of visual marketing materials (for both listed and unlisted assets).
- Engagement of partner support companies.
Phase 3
Execution and Closing
- Professional photo shooting (if necessary)
- Search for potential buyers/sellers.
- Presentation of the asset to potential buyers/sellers.
